Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, custom or made-to-order items, digital downloads, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are pushed directly to the original payment method via Paystack, typically within 5–10 business days. BazaarFlow does not hold customer funds.
To start a return, contact the store using the social/WhatsApp links on the storefront. Independent merchants handle their own customer service and dispute resolution.
